Kampf to Host 2012 Senior Living Expo Chester County

HARRISBURG – Rep. Warren Kampf (R-Chester/Montgomery) invites area seniors, their families and caregivers to his second annual Senior Living Expo on Saturday, September 15th. This year’s event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Valley Forge Middle School, 105 West Walker Road in Wayne.

This free event will be a one-stop informational source for seniors, their families and caregivers. Over fifty exhibitors from local and state agencies, medical organizations and senior-based organizations will be on hand to share their expertise and information about services important to seniors.

The public is urged to come take advantage of the many free health screenings available, such as blood pressure, stroke, podiatry, hearing and memory. Several guest speakers will provide valuable information on a host of topics from Medicare, crime prevention to new advances in cardiac medicine.

“I want to encourage all older residents and their families to attend and learn about the services that are available. You will find it highly informative.” Kampf said.
